Going To Help Mission

“Many of us Christians share concerns about the pervasive influence of the ‘Woke World” and ‘Cancel Culture’ online. Individuals who uphold biblical truths and time-tested values have too often become targets on various .com social networks and searches via multiple algorithms. Scripture provides both a call and a strategy for global outreach. Jesus’ final words before His ascension call us to be witnesses ‘to the ends of the earth.

The very reluctant prophet Jonah, in his assignment to warn Nineveh – that great city took a three-day walk to deliver his message to Nineveh. We live in a day when messages/posts can be delivered in less than three minutes to so many pockets and purses in our various cities and suburbs. We need to work together to use the World Wide Web to reach out in our day as disciples of our Lord Jesus.

My background is as a church planter and pastor. Some time ago, I faced a life-threatening battle with non-alcoholic liver disease. In a miraculous turn of events, I received a donor liver at a critical moment.”

Over the years I have collected quite an inventory of LookUp(city name).com premium domains to serve millions in most all major metro areas in our nation and beyond. With the internet, we have never had a better opportunity to work together as witnesses and servants of our Lord Jesus Christ.

“Rev. Richard Dalton envisions a network of city-specific websites under the ‘LookUp(your city).com’ branding, serving as Digital Public Squares anchored in Christian values. Each “LookUp” site, such as LookUpDetroit.com, (which is online now) can be built to share positive stories, local resources, events, and

local websites while upholding faith-based principles amidst a rapidly shifting cultural landscape.

Why so many domains? Rev. Dalton believes each metro area deserves a platform where trusted groups, nonprofits, and organizations can connect and share their stories of hope, service, and community. With each website, he aims to empower local teams to manage and populate their own sites with relevant content. This community-driven model means each city’s “LookUp” site reflects the unique needs and strengths of its own region.

By placing local Christians at the helm, Rev. Dalton wants to ensure these platforms are responsive, locally relevant, and truly supportive of those who live, work, and worship in each metro area. The .com” extension is globally recognized and trusted, lending credibility to each site.

There are 3 1/2 million people in the Metro Detroit Area. He has a “Digital Public Square” for our Metro Neighbors with a unique strategy and great tools for many trusted and friendly local groups to self-publish local news, events, and resources— no need for office space or overhead, a woke-free and cancel-free platform with many sections that can be of interest to our many communities. As followers of Christ, we are called to be active participants in our communities, bringing light and hope to those around us. What could be done when we as Christians really start serving our metro area together? LookUpDetroit.com is our common platform to do just that. It’s more than a website—it’s a mission to inform, connect, uplift, and inspire. No ads, with support in the background by those who care for each of our communities.

A unique tool that links to over 1,000 local websites with 2 or 3 clicks. Great for exploring our Metro Detroit area and even to your citiy or township websites. It’s a very nice site to link to from your smartphone and even demonstrate this tool to others.

JesusQuestion.com: A beautiful and simple platform focused on the person, work, and claims of Jesus, presented through art, scripture, and videos in the tradition of “Mere Christianity.” Different than a local focus this site can serve people worldwide. A helpful witnessing tool that works well on smartphones and other devices. Just a presentation of Jesus not denominational or focused on secondary issues or doctrines.

Beautiful music is the art of the prophets that can calm the agitations of the soul; it is one of the most magnificent and delightful presents God has given us. – Martin Luther

This is a simple page I just put up for you and others to enjoy some anointed music with videos. This domain and page is a simple way to bless some folks worldwide from their computers and smartphones. More can be done with this but it’s a start.
